Minimum System Requirements
200 mhz Power Mac running at least system 8.0
Pentium II 200 mhz or better
32 MB of free RAM, 64 free MB suggested
QuickTime 3 or later
INTERNET CONNECTION/WEB BROWSER
Our Internet link is designed to work with your
operating system (OS). If your OS has a standard setup,
your web browser should open automatically when the
"Web Page" button is clicked from our program.
An Internet connection should simultaneously be initiated.
You must have your own Internet provider, we do not
provide this service.
If your browser window opens but stays in the background,
quit and restart your browser.
Macintosh: If you get a -108 error "not enough memory"
turn you virtual memory on and set it to at least 64M.
PERFORMANCE TIPS
This presentation contains several minutes of digital
video and is going to play best on computers with 30 MB
(64 MB system) or more of free RAM, but it will run with a
little delay on computers with only 16 free MB (32 MB system).
Our software can be very demanding on your system. We do not
recommend multitasking orlaunching other applications while
our program is running.
This presentation will automatically attempt to set your
monitor's color depth to the highest possible setting. If you
still notice the display being blocky, quit the application and
set your monitor to the highest possible color depth.
BUGS AND OTHER PROBLEMS
We have worked hard to make our CD-ROM bug-free
and easy to use. There may still be some problems that
you could encounter. If you are having problems, first
check to see that your computer is set up properly and
review some of the suggestions in this README file.
If you are convinced that everything is OK with your
computer setup, you may have discovered a bug or
design problem. If so, we'd like to hear about it.
Please send e-mail to nobugs@signalccd.com with
the word "bug" in the subject box.
Describe the problem in as much detail as you can.
Describe where and how it happened. Include all the
details about your computer too, (e.g. 486 66DX2
GATEWAY Computer Model xxx, a display card, sound
card, DOS version, Windows version). Given the variety
of different combinations of equipment and software,
it can be difficult to diagnose the problem without the
information describing your system. Your bug report
will help make our future projects better.
